Stage 02: Building the Bridge to the Future
As the model matures, SHIFTplus+ becomes a direct bridge between the university and the future world of work. Students remain registered, work on live industry challenges in multidisciplinary teams, apply AI tools and data driven methods and are remunerated for their contribution.
Stage 03: A Live Technical and Innovation Environment
SHIFTplus+ becomes a large scale technical environment, a live laboratory embedded within the university. Students and staff gain hands on experience with advanced AI and data platforms, automation tools and simulation technologies. The university becomes the place where academia, industry and AI genuinely converge.
